Homemade Mexican inspired chili 🌶
Somewhat healthy if you remove the sour cream & crushed tortilla chips but we love being extra 🤷♀️and also love that crunch
Here we used some lean ground beef, onions, red kidney beans, bell peppers, garlic, chili, and tomato paste 🥫
To loosen the sauce we added some water with half a beef cube for that added deep flavour.
This dish is perfect to adjust to your taste buds, just remove or add chilies to your liking.
Chili on rice to make it more filling and bam another delicious week night meal sorted 🙏🏼
No compromise on flavour and you should definitely give this a go
