Korma sauce is a traditional Indian dish consisting of a mild yoghurt sauce with tomato paste, onion, garlic and ginger and seasoned with the aromatic spices of garam masala, red chili flakes, paprika, cardamom and turmeric. It carries a nutty undertone from almonds blended into the sauce.
For this recipe, we decided to cook boneless chicken thighs into the curry sauce but you can opt for anything you desire such as vegetables, tofu, beef, lamb or even Indian paneer cheese 🤗 We served this chicken korma with basmati rice and homemade naan bread .. so stay tuned 😋 By letting the chicken marinate in the yoghurt sauce, it gives us time to prepare this ahead of time and cook later during the day 🙌🏻
