Oven-roasted potato wedges 🥔 are our go-to side dish which goes with pretty much any meal🍴They are easy to make, require few ingredients and are super delicious 😋

We just basically cut the potatoes with their skin on into wedges and leave them to soak in water for at least 30 minutes ✔️
Then we toss the wedges into olive oil and season with salt, pepper and fresh rosemary and roast them in the oven until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside 🤤

Tip: leaving the raw potatoes soak in water before roasting releases some starch and lets them absorb moisture. This results in soft insides and crispy outsides 👌🏻
