These no-bake Date and Oat Balls require only a few ingredients and are super easy to make 😋

We cannot not mention that they are super healthy and with only 70 calories per ball, they make the perfect low-calorie snack 🙌🏻

Recipe making approximately 19 balls:

✔️ 250g pitted dates
✔️ 70g oats
✔️ 25g almonds
✔️ 10g shredded coconut
✔️ 1 tbsp / 17g honey
✔️ 2 tbsp / 30ml milk

Just blend all the ingredients together and form into balls 😋
